International Flight Information

Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) is your only entry point to Nepal by air. It is located in the eastern part of the capital city of Kathmandu. A number of reputed international airlines operate daily flights to Kathmandu from all major destinations. Almost all long-distance flights from America, Europe, Oceania or further parts of Asia involve at least one stop in the Middle East or the Asia Pacific en route to Kathmandu. Some travelers also opt to fly via the Delhi airport in India, but you may require a transit visa at the least, depending upon the duration between your initial and destination flights.
