• First Name, Last Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Country of Nationality or dietary habit.
• Personal Identifiable details from your Passport, such as Name, Surname, Passport number, and expiry date, are required when you book the trip with us to make necessary arrangements and booking for your trip.

When you Use our Website:

• When unknown user uses our websites, using an analytical tool we can notice some of the activities of the user using our analytical tool such as page viewed, date, time, time spent, geographical area that help us to assess and upgrade the efficiency of our website.

Why do we collect this Information?

• We collect this information to provide the required information that you want to know about our services or run the trips that you booked with us.
•  Make necessary arrangements for your trips such issuance of permits for certain area, hotel bookings etc.
•  To provide you with emergency services when required.

• We keep your personal data until the completion of the trip. If needed, we keep your data until to meet our legal formalities, settle disputes, or implement our agreements. Then, we will delete all of your data from our system and destroy any physical documents that we may possess.
