How To Pay
We would require a partial upfront payment in order to confirm your booking. The advance deposit for all trips in Nepal is 20% of the total trip cost and 50% of the total trip cost for all trips in Bhutan and Tibet. It would enable us to reserve all the required services of the trip package on your behalf and confirm 100% availability. We offer three options for you to make the upfront payment mentioned in detail below.

3. Payment by Card: (Master Card, Visa and others)
In order to make the payment by credit card, you would be required to fill up a card payment form (attached for your reference) with your card details, signature (same as in passport & Credit Card) and send us the scanned copy. Your credit card will be charged by Himalayan Bank Limited (Credit Card Division) on behalf of Access Nepal Tour & Trekking. A service charge of 4% of payable amount is applicable on each transaction. You would be notified of the transaction before we process the payment. We would never charge more than the authorized amount and the information would never be misused in any way.
