This is a great company, the whole team is dedicated and knowledgeable. My husband and I just completed the Royal Trek and had a wonderful time. The tea/guest houses during trek were simple but the hosts were kind and accommodating. The hotels in Kathmandu and Pokhara were very nice, great breakfast selection.
Our contact Sadhana was quick to respond to our emails and answered all the questions very thoroughly. Our guide Chhabi and porter Bijay are experts in trekking and we felt very safe and confident being in their care. We had a lot of fun chatting and learned about life in Nepal from them. It was an incredibly rewarding experience and I highly recommend this company.

ABC Trip: Access Nepal was Perfect!!
My wife and I had the vacation of our lives on our trek to ABC and this was partly due to the outstanding service of Access Nepal. From our initial contact with Sadhana last spring until our departure a few days ago, the service, thoughtfulness, attentiveness, and attention to detail was outstanding. For example, as soon as we walked out of the airport in Kathmandu, our guide met us and took care of all detail from then on through the rest of the trip.

It helped that the weather was perfect and we had no significant physical problems. I am 70 my wife is 67 so this was really significant. Our guide, Pershotam and porter, Milan were both professional, knowledgeable, upbeat, and very caring. Their command of English was quite adequate.

We have hiked a fair bit in the USA, Canada, France, Switzerland and Norway. The scenery in the Himalayas was of a scale we had never seen. These mountains are huge and severe because they are so new and uneroded.
The food was much better than we expected. We had a choice from a decent size menu at every meal. The cost of the trip was very reasonable and very competitive with other agencies we compared them to. It was particularly reasonable considering there were only two of us and we had our own guide and porter.

I strongly recommend both Access Nepal and the ABC trip.

I just got back from trekking to Everest Base Camp organized by Acces Nepal Tour and Trekking and everything went very well!
The agency met all my expectations, providing a sleeping bag and jacket for the trek, on loan, both suitable for the cold of January, and a duffel bag as a gift!
Still in Brazil, I received guidance on what to pack for the trek and a detailed itinerary.
The guide Subodh, with lots of interesting information, was always very attentive, careful and patient, as was the porter who accompanied us.
The lodges were very simple, but clean and suitable for resting, with fresh and tasty food.
The trekking was incredible, the landscapes were wonderful!!!

Superb trip thanks to Access Nepal

The team at Access Nepal are fantastic and made the trip completely stress free. From booking the trip while back in the UK to being collected from the airport and taken to our Hotel everything was thought of and taken care of smoothly.

We did a 4 day Safari in Chitwan, the 14 day EBC Trek and on returning to Kathmandu asked Sadhana to organise some white water rafting for us. This was organised at less than 24hr notice and was a really great day trip with a private driver and 4hrs of very good rafting.

The safari and the trek were both perfectly organised. All door to door transport and excellent accommodation (much better than many of the other trekkers we met) were sorted. The team also made sure we had all the correct gear and were happy to lend us anything we didn’t bring. The guides and porters were absolutely brilliant. They speak excellent English and were great guys. They know how to make sure you get the most out of the trekking and make it all the way and when not guiding us most of our evenings were spent drinking tea and playing cards with them.

I can’t recommend these guys enough and would absolutely use them again if returning to Nepal.

Three High Passes Trekking – Better than Excellent

I recently had the incredible opportunity to embark on the Three High Passes trek in Nepal with Access Nepal, and I cannot praise them enough for their outstanding service. This agency truly understands the essence of adventure and provided me with an unforgettable experience. The highlight of my journey was undoubtedly the exceptional guide, Devman Tamang, who went above and beyond to ensure our trek was a success.

From the moment we started our trek, Devman proved himself to be an invaluable asset. He assisted me in every aspect, from selecting the right meals to caring for our bodies and motivating us during challenging days. His professionalism and competence in looking after both myself and the group were exceptional, particularly when it came to our physical well-being, which is of utmost importance in the mountains where altitude sickness can be a concern. Devman’s sense of humor, patience, and helpfulness made the trek even more enjoyable.

The Three High Passes trail is undeniably demanding, and without a knowledgeable guide like Devman, I would not have been able to achieve success. However, with his guidance, I was able to navigate through the challenging terrain and witness some of the most awe-inspiring landscapes imaginable. The trail took us through enchanting forests, awe-inspiring glaciers, snowy landscapes, river crossings, and provided us with breathtaking views of lakes and majestic mountains from the tea houses where we stayed. It truly felt like a dream come true.

Right from the beginning, Sadhana, who assisted us, was incredibly attentive and efficient. Her excellent customer service ensured that our entire experience, from the initial planning stages to the final day, was smooth and enjoyable.

I wholeheartedly recommend Access Nepal to anyone seeking a perfect experience in Nepal. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The combination of the remarkable Three High Passes trail, the exceptional guidance of Devman, and the outstanding service provided by Access Nepal truly made this an unforgettable adventure.
