Friendly, great service, great value for money, speak good English, earthquake had no impact on our trip

From the moment we landed they took complete care of us. All we had to do was turn up and they sorted everything else. They took care of all the admin required for activities, so the whole three week holiday was a care free experience. Even with a fuel crisis, and one days notice from us, they managed to organise a private car to take us on a six hour round trip allowing us to go white water rafting. I would also note that the earthquake has had no impact on the service/packages provided by Access Nepal.

Talking to other trekkers it seems that many people use the big western trekking companies to organise their holidays. In reality these trekking companies act as management agents who then go to companies such as Access Nepal to do all the work. Access Nepal will offer the same service/accommodation/facilities as the western companies. Having book with Access Nepal directly I am more than happy to recommend that others do the same. Save yourself some extra spending money and support a domestic business.

EBC – September 2017

Recently completed the EBC trek with Access Nepal and what an amazing trip. From the first communications in the planning stages with Sadhana to the farewell dinner I can say that the company was top notch and delivered on everything that was promised. On the trek I felt every comfortable being a solo female trekker with my guide Jivan and porter Deepak and another solo male trekker.
Thank you Jivan and Deepak for your knowledgeable, guidance, attentiveness and patience along the trek. If you are planning on trekking in Nepal have no worries Assess Nepal is a GREAT choice!

I went with Access Nepal to complete the Annapurna Sanctuary trek (slightly longer scenic route that arrives at ABC) in March this year, with a friend. We had an amazing guide, Devman, who had everything sorted brilliantly, from start to finish. It meant that we could relax and focus on the trek, knowing that he was taking care of everything. He and our Porters looked after us all beautifully over the 14 days. We all taught each other a few new card games in the guesthouses too over plenty of cups of hot lemon honey tea at the end of the day’s walk. When we got back, we compared what people were paying in accomm and meals when trekking independently, and it’s quite striking how competitive it actually is, with all of the inclusions (like proper down jackets, fresh fruits and snacks in addition to meals, transit fares etc etc), and for us it was a no brainer when you’re going up into these Mountains with someone like Devman who is an expert in what he does. Will be going with them again.

Wonderful Tsum Valley and Manaslu Circuit trip with Access Nepal

A friend and I recently completed the Tsum Valley and Manaslu Circuit 26-day trip with Access Nepal. From the beginning to the very end of the trip our travel advisor, Sadhana Adhikari, proved very helpful with all our many questions. Every detail was taken care of from our arrival in the Kathmandu airport to our final dinner the last night of our stay. We were well taken care of during the entire trek by our guide Om Prakash Lamichhhane and porter Deepak Magar. A good example of going the distance (literally!) to provide for us was on several occasions after completing our day’s trek, Prakash walked a day ahead and back to arrange lodging when it appeared that rooms in tea houses could possibly be filled before our arrival there. We also felt extremely grateful for our superb driver, Prakash Pokharel, who somehow safely maneuvered us on very long and rough drives to a Tsum Valley trailhead and back to Kathmandu. Even the tour day in Kathmandu proved fantastic with our very knowledgeable guide, Kiran Bhatta, who filled the day with wonderful stops and a breadth of information on the culture of Nepal. I would definitely recommend the company Access Nepal; their dependable staff helped us feel that were in great hands for the duration of our time in their country.

Traveled to Kathmandu with my Son & Daughter to climb Mera Peak with Access Nepal, second time I’ve travelled with them.
Trip organisation was excellent, from collection at Kathmandu airport, hotel while in Kathmandu, helicopter flights to/from Lukla, wonderful guide with so much experience and we all reach the summit.
Sadhana based in Kathmandu went beyond to ensure our trip was safe, organised and enjoyable.
Dawa our guide was fantastic, very experienced, spoke a lot about local Sherpa traditions, gave encouragement when we were flagging and is well respected by other guides.
Overall I would strongly recommend using Access Nepal, reasonable cost going direct to a company based in Nepal.

Two mates and i decided to take on the challenge to see Mount Everest via the EBC trail. We trawled through numerous trip advisor reviews and finally chose Access Nepal as they looked to have really good reviews.
A few hours after submitting an online query via the Access Nepal website, I was contacted by Ms. Sadhana Adhikari(Executive Travel Advisor). From that point onwards i felt reassured that we had taken the right option as Sadhana was extremely helpful and efficient in providing answers to all questions that I had for her. We decide to book a 12 day trek from Oct 1 to Oct 12 which included all accommodation and meals. The trip itinerary was very well organized and Sadhana stepped us through it in detail to ensure we were all across it.
Our guide Dipender and Porters (Hari and Jivan) were awesome. They ensured that at every step during the hike we were catered and cared for. After the evening meals we had fresh fruit and Dipender ensured that we were happy and content. His advice and care was outstanding. He is very knowledgeable of the EBC Trail area and was updating us on names and facts of the beautiful mountains as we trekked through. Meals and accommodation that were included in the package were of high standard.
One of my mates succumbed to altitude sickness two days before reaching EBC. Dipender and Sadhana were on top of it all and made all arrangements for evacuation within a few hours. At no point did we feel worried or concerned as we were kept informed of all arrangements. For my mate and I that remained , Dipender monitored us daily to ensure that we made it to EBC without any further issues. His care for us was outstanding.
Sadhana , Dipender , Hari and Jivan provided outstanding service and their help and care made our EBC trek experience all the more fantastic.
I have no hesitation recommending the Access Nepal company to anyone planning to take the EBC trek. We will be sure to use them in the future for further visits to beautiful Nepal and the magical Himalayan landscape.
