3 week Annapurna Circuit trek

We did the Annapurna Circuit trek in October and loved it, Access Nepal were great right from the beginning actually booking the trek through to the lift back to the airport at the end. Pratap was very helpful, always responded quickly and made the trip seamless. We had a few extra days in Kathmandu at the end of our tour and Pratap still arranged the transfer back to the airport.

Kumar was our guide for the actual trek and along with our porters, they made the trek so memorable. Kumar was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and picked great tea houses for us. He went the extra mile supplying a fruit platter after every meal – one of the team overheard us saying on the first night that I hadn’t eaten apples in 18 months because of braces and the skin getting stuck – so they then peeled the apples every night from then on in. We had a great time playing cards every night with Kumar and the porters as well, there were 4 of us on the trek which meant we could be a bit flexible and Kumar worked to our strengths meaning we could go a bit further when we wanted to and change up lunch spots if we weren’t yet hungry.

We would definitely recommend Access Nepal!

In March 2018 I trekked the Annapurna Sanctuary with Access Nepal Tours. What an incredible, memorable and spectacular trek! I was completely blown away with the beautiful ever-changing scenery we saw each day. I was very surprised by the yummy food and the accommodation/facilities were much better than I ever thought.
Our knowledgeable guide Devman is a legend!! As soon as we met him we knew we were in good hands. He took such good care of everyone on the trek and no question or request was too much to ask. The porters were also very helpful and kind.
The tour company was excellent and promptly responded to all our email enquiries.
I highly recommend this tour company as it was very well organized and we honestly had no issues at all. I think this tour company is great value for money.

I went with Access Nepal for my Everest Base Camp 14 day trek, and I had an incredible experience!
From my very initial inquiry, Sadhana was quick to respond and answer any questions. She made me feel very comfortable and connected throughout the entire process, and provided me with all the relevant information leading up to my arrival. When we finally met in Kathmandu to discuss the trek, she was just as friendly and kind and made me feel at ease knowing I was starting the next morning.
I was met by my guide Om Prakash at the Kathmandu airport. From there he was with me the entire time as we traveled to Lukla to begin our trek and until I returned to Kathmandu. Om Prakash was an excellent and friendly guide, with so much knowledge of the area, the culture, the route, where to stay and safe places to eat and drink, and he also took the best photos! It was very helpful to have a local speaking guide to handle flight and accommodation logistics on my behalf, making sure I have somewhere to stay and eat every night. Throughout the trek, he managed my health and recommended me the best course of action when I wasn’t feeling 100%. He set the trekking pace accordingly to ensure my best success.
Our porter, Bidur, was also extremely lovely during the trek. He handled my things with proper care, always made sure to have it ready on time by the evening, was extremely friendly and nice to talk to, and provided excellent service and companionship.
Overall I had a 10/10 experience with Access Nepal: the trip coordinator Sadhana, my guide Om Prakash and my porter Bidur. I would recommend going with Access Nepal if you are looking to conquer the EBC trek or any similar in Nepal!

Everest Base Camp via Gokyo Lakes October 2016

It was our first visit to Nepal and we felt incredibly welcomed by the team at Access Nepal. We were picked up at the airport by our guide and driven to a nice quaint hotel that was very central. Dinner was included on our first night and we were treated to a traditional performance. The amazing hospitality did not end there. We were blown away by how incredible our guide and porter was on the trek. They were both very attentive and took very good care of us. We are two female travellers and they made us feel very safe. Lok, our guide was very knowledgeable and Vishnu made the trek as comfortable and were ever so patient. They also made the trip very flexible and left it up to us to decide when and where we would like to trek. Wouldn’t have made it to Everest Base Camp without their guidance. We are very grateful. Can’t recommend Access Nepal and their staff enough!

Me and my boyfriend did Everest Base Camp and three high passes with Access Nepal in March 2017. This company is absolutely amazing! Everyone employed, from the guides, to the porters, to the manager of the company are so warm and kind and helpful, they gave us such a great experience of Kathmandu, of the trail and of all the locations along the way. And more over; of how amazing Nepal is as a country! Getting to experience it all with the Access Nepal staff that are locals and therefore able to teach you about traditions, food and the Nepalese way of thinking makes the whole trip meaningful and even better. – And the three high passes trek is so beautiful it takes your breath away. We’ll absolutely come back, and we’ll be using Access Nepal then too!
