First contacted by email, booking process deposit by card and cash on arrival, met by Sandanha at the hotel first night, welcome meal with rest of group in trek, met our amazing guide! Giri cant thank him enough for everything, he looked after us the whole time, meals were provided in tea rooms, loved the hot drinks provided, a must on cold days. Accommodation basic but perfect during our trek, food was amazing. The porters Indra and Tika ! Have superpowers! Kind, and so helpful! I recommend you book through this company for any trek/tour its a once in a lifetime. We also had a lovely meal with Sandanha and the team in Katmamdhu. I did the Everest Base Camp Trek in March 2018. It was an absolutely amazing experience. From the beginning Sadhana was a pleasure to work with. She was very professional and helpful. She is not only highly professional , but also a very kind and an amazing person. She was very efficient answering all emails immediately, addressing all questions and requests. She organized two amazing extra tours for me. Rock climbing and sightseeing tour. Both were great! All guilds were absolutely professional,experienced and skilled. Climbing guide Pemba Sherpa was unbelievable. He was professional, highly skilled and just great person! I had amazing climbing day ! Would absolutely go with them again. Once I arrived I was picked up at the airport by my guide, Ganesh. He was incredible ! Ganesh was professional and knowledgeable. He gave us lots of wise advice during the trek. Ganesh was just absolutely the best guid you can possibly have , full of knowledge and had great sense of humour ! We was the happiest team laughing all the way there and back LOL ! Upon arrival at Lukla I met our porter Kamal, he was great, professional, helpful and responsible ! I don’t have enough words to express how incredible my experience with Access Nepal was! company provided us with everything we needed including great quality sleeping bags, dawn jackets, great guides, etc. I would highly recommend Access Nepal for trekkers interested in seeing the Himalayas.

I completed the Everest 3 Passes Trek with a group of friends in April 2018 and have nothing but the highest praise about the organization and service provided by Access Nepal. Everything was exceptional from the very beginning when I first contacted them about organizing the trek until our final departure from Kathmandu. The hotel in Kathmandu’s Thamel quarter was located in a pleasant secluded side street with a peaceful garden for relaxing before and after the trek. We were provided with a very interesting and comprehending guided tour of Kathmandu valley. Our transport up to Lukla was handled with exceptional care. It seamed that we would not be able to fly out because of deteriorating weather so we were moved up to an earlier helicopter flight instead of flying by plane. Our guide and porters were professionals who knew their way around the mountain and worked tirelessly to ensure that our stay would be a pleasant one from making sure all our accommodations at tee houses were in order to providing us with fresh fruit after each dinner. I’m quite confident in saying that we’d not have completed the trek without their guidance and help. All in all, Access Nepal is a serious and professional local agency that does an excellent job in organizing your trek for a reasonable price.

Completed this trek last month having had an amazing experience. We travelled with Jivan and Bohg from Access Nepal who were the ultimate guides. The trek is very beautiful and Jivan was full of knowledge about everything we were seeing.

Unforgettable family trek – The Annapurna Circuit

My experience ….

Imagine a month away from the stress of modern life, where you forget what day of the week it might be and where your only focus is on the absolute magnificence of the towering geography around you and the chats / laughter you share with your family as you walk through one incredible day after another…

Our (extended) family of 7 (Aged 18 to 53) were looking for a special trek to do together. Having done many walks, it is an understatement to say that the ACT was extraordinary. Walking up the valleys and across the pass (Thorang La) the landscape was ever changing, breath taking, inspiring, humbling. The walking was tough, challenging but doable and deeply satisfying.

This was the first walk we had done where we had guides and porters. I was initially hesitant about how this might work, but I cannot speak highly enough of the great team that looked after us. Jivan (Head Guide), Mahendra (Assistant Guide) and our porters Bimal, Sanjay and Rajen were perfect. Highly competent, knowledgeable, safety conscious but full of fun, they looked after us with professionalism and concern (when needed) for the entire trip.

I’m still glowing in the twilight of our walk and thinking about planning the next. I will definitely be using Sadhana and her wonderful team!

An amazing experience

We did a 14 Day Trek to Everest Base Camp with Access. Our tour guide Kumar along with our two Porters were absolutely fantastic. The entire tour was professionally organised and everything went as planned.

We found our tour to be considerably less expensive than the major operators and food was included.

Highly recommend!
