Me and my daughter did the EBC trek with Access Nepal they were great from the start of booking to the end , will arrange anything from extra nights in hotel to sleeping bags on your trek. Sadhana is very efficient and quick in response with emails and answers knows what what she’s doing regarding running the company, always wanting to help.
There was only three of us on the Trek plus our Guide (Hom) and two porters. Hom was great good knowledge and spoke good english everything went to plan and ran smoothly.
The tea houses were good some basic but thats to be expected, Food was good and plenty. I would not hesitate in recommending Access Nepal as the trip was beyond expectation.

I went in May 2018 with some Belgian friends and it was a superb experience!! we had a beautiful time and weather.
The impressions I have about Acces Nepal Tours is honest, very profesionnal, well prepared and a super guide. ( Devman was a super guide, he prepared us very well for what the altitude would do to us and how we could prevent altitude sickness. truly, if you want your trip to be successful ask for DEVMAN to be your guide, certainly if you are a bigger group) I recommend Access Nepal 100%, only praising their good work. It was a amazing experience for me and the group I was with. 😉

Excellent Everest Base Camp trek with Access Nepal

We had an amazing experience with Access Nepal to Everest Base Camp (EBC) in early November. We selected them based on good reviews and flexibility of the package offered. Sadhana was helpful and always prompt in responding to our queries. The pre-trek briefing in Kathmandu was detailed and allowed us to prepare and pack well for the trek.

Our guide Jivan, with his awesome knowledge and experience of the trek had made us feel safe and at always at ease. He was always available when needed and allowing us to set our pace for the trek. We enjoyed his company throughout the trek. Jivan’s knowledge and wit had helped us complete the trek without any trouble and at the same time enjoy it tremendously. Kapil, our porter was equally helpful and always smiling despite his difficult job. We enjoyed chatting with him during tea and post dinner on multiple occasions.

Both, Jivan and Kapil made our trek comfortable, our minds at ease. Without them we don’t think we would have successfully completed the trek and enjoyed it immensely too.

We highly recommend Access Nepal for their professional service and response at the planning stage. And support and personal touch during the trek.

I did the Mount Everest Trek with Access Nepal. Sadhana was our contact person and organizer, Ganesh was our guide and Kamel was our porter. Right off the bat I will say this trek is a challenge and it is amazing and worth doing. I would definitely recommend you do it with Access Nepal. What an amazing company with wonderful staff. Right from the get go Sadhana was quick to answer questions and make sure we had everything in order before we even arrived. She also has good connections for organizing extra tours in Kathmandu. Ganesh clearly loves the mountains and is a dedicated guide. His priority is your safety, sharing his love of the mountains, and making sure you make it to base camp. I felt like I was a pretty slow trekker, but Ganesh kept reassuring me “slow is safe”. Kamel was great too, it’s amazing the strength of Nepalese porters, they carry so much on their backs.
I unfortunately had my wallet and passport stolen while on my trip. Not only did Ganesh and Kamel do everything to try to find it, so did other guides. On one of his few days off in Kathmandu, Ganesh showed up to take me to the police station and help me file a report. He took me for lunch to his favourite momo restaurant and I got to experience the fun chaos of public transport. Sadhana took me for lunch, helped me organize taxis, printed off documents for me, and came to visit with me every night to make sure I was ok while waiting for my emergency travel documents. As stressed as I was because of the situation, Ganesh, Sadhana and Access Nepal made me feel safe and secure. I arrived in Nepal with a tour company, I left with friends.

I had the pleasure of trekking with Access Nepal to Mt. Everest Base Camp in September 2017. There are a lot of companies out there offering trekking opportunities to EBC. I selected Access Nepal based on Trip Advisor reviews and I was not disappointed. From the planning stages to my orientation meeting in Kathmandu, my trek coordinator, Sadhana, was always available to answer my questions. She was very helpful and prompt; always getting back to me with answers the next day.
Our trek was expertly guided by Jivan. He always kept a watchful eye on us with primary concern for our health, safety and comfort. Every night he laid out the plan for the next day so we knew what to expect and how to prepare. He was also available to us 24 hours a day. Luckily we never had to call on him in the middle of the night although we knew where to find him if we needed him.
I always appreciated that Jivan had us scheduled on the first flights out, the first trekkers to start each morning, the first trekkers to the tea houses at the end of the day (and the first to the hot showers). Because of this we never felt like we had to wait and never felt crowded on the trails.
We were also aided on our trek by our porter Dipak who was always there with a smile despite the difficulty of his task. We even enjoyed his company on our acclimatization days when he could have very easily had the day off.
Every day on our trek we were met with soaring, snow-capped mountains, desolate glaciers, towering waterfalls, deep gorges, and rushing rivers. But most compelling to me was the soaring spirit, towering strength and deep work ethic of the Nepali people. Living in harsh conditions in remote, seemingly unreachable places, they are the hardest working people I have ever seen. Theirs is a difficult life. As Jivan put it: “A Nepali Life”. Both Jivan and Dipak exemplified the “Nepali Life” and it was my pleasure trekking with them.

This is our second time going with Access Nepal, this time for our honeymoon, and it was just as fantastic the second time around. It’s an absolutely lovely company that will handle your trip as professionally as possible, from arriving at the airport to leaving again.

They listen to your needs and wishes, and customize the trip accordingly. We are always incredibly well taken care of by one of the managers, Sadhana, who is a dear friend by now, who always does anything she can to make the trip the absolute best it can be. And we couldn’t have asked for better company or a more trustworthy guide than our guide Giri. The company has very high standards as to how they treat and compensate their staff, and its really visible in the content and pride shown by all of their staff members.

As for the treks they offer, we’ve done both the Everest three high passes and the Manaslu circuit now, and both have been absolutely mind-blowing. There really is no other place in the world like the Himalayas. Every single part; the Jeep ride into the areas, the high roads, the mountain sides, the mountains following your every step; everything is just absolutely amazing. It’s too amazing to describe in words or pictures. I can’t tell you anything but to GO!!! It’s well, well, well worth the time and cost!!
