Just did the Annapurna Base Camp trek with Acc.ess Nepal. Loved our guide (Mahendra) and also porter (Dipak). Very accomodative, helpful, and follows our pace. Sadhana who helped to organised everything was also very efficient and accomodative since she had to change our plans last minute because I missed my flight to Kathmandu. And yet we managed to do everything we wanted to do in Nepal. Great teamwork and people. Highly recommended.

I am glad to write about the great experience that I had with Access Nepal Tour and Trekking local leader of Nepal and their level of service is very high.

My guide Ram was very nice /experienced and at each moment he showed impressive flexibility and excellent management and leadership abilities. Together I felt very comfortable with the larger Access Nepal family.

Access Nepal is expert, leaders and level of service is on the top, far from others. And it’s a company I will deeply recommend my friends, family and others.

Gokyo Lakes and Everest Base Camp Trek

I booked my Access Nepal Gokyo Lakes and Everest Base Camp Trek last Sept and Sadhana helped me every step of the way. She was a great go to person for any questions or queries that I had and as I was travelling on my own by the time my trip came around on the 19th of March I felt very well prepared.
My guide Giri was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the trek. Each night he went though the itinerary so that I was aware of what to expect the next day. He ensured that I was well fed and watered and gave a helping hand when to tracks became a bit slippery. I had a great time and would recommend Access Nepal to anyone considering trekking in Nepal or touring Kathmandu.

I would not hesitate to recommend Access Nepal tours for all trekking tours in Nepal. We did the Gokyo Lakes and EBC and everything was amazing. We had a bit of trouble getting to Nepal with 2 flights canceled, but all the time Sadhana was there adjusting our plans, taking care of everything and answering all my emails super fast.
Our guide was simply the best guide we could have, Subodh (or Sub) who help and looked after us all the way.

Annapurna Base Camp Hike – Amazing Experience

I did the Annapurna Base Camp Trek with Access Nepal in June 2016. In short: Access Nepal made this an incredible experience. Overall the company is run exceptionally well. Sadhana responds to emails extremely quickly and in a very detailed manner. The information that I received prior to the trek matched 100% what I experienced during the hike.

The trek itself was great. The guide (Santosh) and the porter (Giri) were both fantastic. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable about the region, and fun to hang out with (which is important giving the length of the trek). The tea houses were clean, comfortable a nice, the food was delicious and plentiful and the views were spectacular. In short: I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the Access Nepal team and I always had the feeling that I was well taken care of.

One final thing: bring hiking sticks if you have them. Some sections of the trek have very steep stairs which can be slippery when they are wet. You can do it without (most people that I met on the hike didn’t have any trekking poles) but if you have a busted knee (like I do), hiking sticks will make your life better.
