Being passionate about contributing to the Nepalese tourism he joined the industry; and because of his hard work and dedication one can see the “Classic Outdoors” to the level where it is now. He is very enthusiastic and welcoming to the new technologies which helps him to be updated in the growing tourism market. Not only in his personal business, Mr. Adhikari has worthy contribution in the entire tourism industry of Nepal.

Devendra Wagle, the chairperson of Access Nepal Tours and Trekking, is a pioneer in Nepal’s trekking industry. Seeing the potential in the trekking industry in Nepal, he entered the sector at a young age with the ambition of elevating the standards of trekking and tourism in Nepal. Starting the career at a young age, his strong desire to learn and grow helped him find the vast potential that Nepal’s trekking sector holds. Tourism plays a major role in the economy of Nepal. Keeping this in mind, he established Access Nepal almost a decade ago. His main objective in starting it was to provide top-quality services to trekkers and climbers from all around the world.

Mr. Wagle’s leadership has made Access Nepal one of the leading trekking companies in the country. His dedication to excellence and innovation has set him apart as a driving force in the industry. Besides being the chairperson, he has put his hand on various aspects of this business. He is a hands-on leader involved in every aspect of the business, from expanding the company’s operations to securing financial stability. His commitment and forward-thinking approach has helped a lot in enhancing the company’s development. Mr Wagles is a technology enthusiast which is the reason why he always looks for ways to incorporate the latest technology to provide better service to the guests.

Beyond his role at Access Nepal, Devendra Wagle has made significant contributions to Nepal’s tourism sector as a whole. He is also an executive member of the Nepal Mountaineering Association (NMA), actively promoting mountain tourism and climbing sports. His role also involves preserving the environmental and cultural heritage of Nepal’s mountains. Additionally, as a member of the executive committee of the Hotel Association Nepal (HAN), Mr. Wagle has influenced key government policies related to the tourism and hotel industries.

Devendra Wagle’s dedication extends beyond business. As the chairman of Pioneer Foundation Nepal, a non-profit organization, he is committed to social service. He leads various initiatives aimed at improving the lives of marginalized and impoverished communities, focusing on education, health, environment, and livelihood.

Shova Thapa Magar is the dedicated Office Assistant at Access Nepal, playing a crucial role in keeping our office running smoothly. With her keen attention to detail and proactive mindset, Shova manages various administrative tasks like helping to verify the efficiency of our daily operations. Her positive attitude and dedication to the company make her an invaluable part of the Access Nepal team. We are fortunate to have her as an important member of our family.

Devman Tamang, known as Dev, was born in 1983 in Solukhumbu, near Mount Everest. Growing up surrounded by hills and mountains, he developed a strong love for Nepal’s nature and culture. This passion led him to become a trekking guide, and he has now worked in the field for over 13 years. Dev’s goal is to show the world the beauty of Nepal while protecting its natural and cultural heritage. He has an intermediate education and speaks both English and Hindi, which helps him connect with travelers from different countries.
Dev has received training in first aid, map reading, navigation, and understanding different cultures, which allows him to guide his clients safely and smoothly. With a love for adventure and respect for nature, Dev brings a cheerful spirit to every trek. He’s friendly, loves to tell stories, and enjoys singing and dancing.
Dev is also a talented photographer, capturing beautiful memories from his travels around Nepal. Known for his warm personality and strong values, Dev is committed to making every trek enjoyable and meaningful for his guests.

Meet Dipak Dhamala, a dedicated city tour guide who has been working with Amazing Nepal Trek & Expedition since 2017. Originally from Dhading district and with his Master’s degree in History from Tribhuvan University, Kirtipur, Dipak's academic excellence can be seen in his work. His love for Nepal’s cultural heritage is profound.

Specializing in history, architecture, and local traditions, Dipak is good at providing memorable and immersive experiences of Nepal’s vibrant cities. His engaging storytelling and warm personality make every tour both educational and enjoyable. 

Dawa is an experienced trekking and mountain guide from Sibuje village in Nepal's Everest region. He began his career as a porter at the age of 12. He has his way up through years of experience and formal training. Dawa completed courses in leadership, basic and advanced mountaineering, first aid, and mountain rescue. He also trained as a wilderness first responder (WFR) through NOLS, an internationally renowned wilderness school.
Over the years, Dawa has led treks in some of Nepal’s most famous regions, including Khumbu (Everest), Annapurna, Langtang, and lower Solukhumbu. In 2013, he summited Mt. Everest successfully. He has also guided climbs of several other popular peaks, such as Mera, Island, Labuche East, Pokalde, and Yala.
Dawa's extensive experience includes surviving the 2014 avalanche in the Khumbu icefall that tragically took the lives of 16 Sherpas. His experience and understanding of the challenges of high-altitude expeditions make him one of the most expert guides in the field.

Pema Chhosang Sherpa is a passionate and expert climbing guide. Bron in the lap of the mountain village of Khumjung, Solukhumbu district, love for climbing runs in his veins. Surrounded by high-altitude climbing from a young age, Pema provides promising climbing skills. Since joining Amazing Nepal Trek & Expedition in 2017, he has established himself as a highly skilled and experienced climbing guide.

One of Pema’s proudest achievements is successfully summiting Mt. Everest (8,848m), the highest peak in the world. With his knowledge of the mountains and calm, focused nature, he guarantees the safety and success of each climb. He is a promising climbing guide for mountaineers aiming to reach the world’s tallest peaks.
