445 reviewsBook with Access Nepal tour and you will be the luckiest in the mountains! Sep 2016 • Family In so many aspects Access Nepal tour has impress us and go beyong our expectations!! The lodges during the treck are superb, the food during the treck is excellent, the service that the whole team has provided from the first email to the farewell diner (and even after) was one of a kind. they, Sadhana, Deepock, Santosh and the sherpas, Indre and Bikash, have been like a little family for 2 weeks, taking care of all our needs and allowing us to go to a place so wonderfull but so harsh if you try to go there alone. The views are fantastic and the pain of the mountain is very well worth the sightseeing of this trip!! It was the best money I have invested in my current trip of 7 months around the world!! Everest will impress you!

Everest Base Camp Trek with Access Nepal Tour and Trekking! Oct 2016 • Friends I found Access Nepal Tour And Trekking online. It stood out to me as they were decent priced, unlike many other trekking tours that were very expensive. I was initially concerned that the cheaper price may have brought the quality of the trip down. I was far from wrong in this regard! From the first email, to right through the trip, Access Nepal are perfect! The email response time was very quick and the emails were very informative. I sent plenty of emails with silly questions, but all were answered equally. Everything was sorted out for us. From getting picked up at the airport (they waited 3 hours for us as our flight was delayed!). From the hotel accommodation, the flights into Lukla, the accommodation on the trek, the food, the day to day activities, the looking after us when we weren't feeling to good. The guide and porters were amazing! Our guide was top class! He checked up on us at least 10 times a day to make sure we were feeling alright. I personally had a lung problem, I found it difficult to breath. Our guide checked up on me plenty of times and made sure everything was fine before we moved on. Each tea house we went to was awesome! They were very friendly and helped out. Wifi wasn't great at some of them but that was likely due to the weather. I was very surprised with the food. I was expecting very bland and basic but it turned out very enjoyable! I didn't have any problems with Access Nepal! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! I will certainly be using them again in the years to come! Thanks Team!!

Access Nepal do everything they can to make your trip as enjoyable as possible Oct 2016 • Family We did the everest base camp trek in Oct 2016 with access nepal and it was fantastic. Like alot of people we had to modify our itinerary after bad weather denied us access to lukla airport but the trip was great regardless and access nepal went out of their way to help us reach our goals and most of all enjoy our holiday. Our guide, Tez was polite, patient and extremely helpful all day every day during the hike. Sadhana was also very helpful with giving us an introduction upon arrival in kathmandu and seeing us off after checking on how our hike went after getting back to kathmandu. I would recommend access nepal to anyone who is looking for a company to hike in the himalayas with, but i would also advise booking an extra week onto your trip and possibly making sure that you can change your flight dates (free of charge) in and out of kathmandu with your airline of choice as the weather in lukla can be very fickle and can eat into your hiuking days quite easily.

Trek to Everest Base Camp with Access Nepal!! Oct 2016 • Couples From the first email enquiry, Sadhana was quick and efficient in responding and providing information - we had many questions. We were initially drawn to Access Nepal as not only was the price was very competitive to other tours, but all meals were included during the trek. We calculated this to be a saving of approx. $500. Many of the more well known tour groups did not include all meals. Travelling in a group of 4, we were allocated a guide and 2 porters. Our guide Kumar, we could all not speak more highly of him. His professionalism and attentional to detail was very high, and was very attentive to our needs. At no point did we feel rushed to speed up or get to the next town within a time frame, we all went at our own pace. There was one day I was very sick and couldn't keep any food down. We were told it should only take 4 hours to reach the next location, however it took us 7 as I was having to stop after taking 20 steps. The whole day Kumar just patiently walked with me and assured me to take all the time I needed. Kumar was very engaging with us, each night spending time with us at the tea house to chat and play a Nepalese card game he taught us, and which we all became a little obsessed with! We noticed during our time in the tea houses very few, if any guides spent time chatting and relaxing with the clients. We felt very lucky with our team! The porters Hari and Sandro were also fantastic and so lovely, Hari often played card games with us. I will always recommend this company to anyone considering EBC or any tours in Nepal. I cannot fault them, thank you so much to Sadhana, Kumar, Hari and Sandro for an incredible trip one I will never forget. Was sad to say goodbye!!!!

Everest Base Camp Trek Oct 2016 • Family We have just returned from a fabulous two week trek to EBC. Our party consisted of myself male aged 55, my son aged 30 and daughter aged 28. We booked our trip through Access Nepal and have no regrets with using this company. I first contacted the company in March this year to make enquiries and I dealt with a very nice and efficient lady named Sadhana. As our preparations progressed all of our questions and queries were dealt with very promptly and efficiently. A twenty per cent deposit was paid by bank transfer in US Dollars, with the outstanding balance due upon arrival in Kathmandu. The only minor problem being we were stung by the dollar exchange rate post "Brexit"!! Our guide met us at the airport and The Blue Horizon hotel in Kathmandu was very acceptable. We had booked an extra day before trekking in Kath to relax after our flights, possibly a good idea if you have a long journey. Unfortunately we were unable to fly out of Lukkla due to the weather but managed to get out early the next day, I would certainly recommend having at least one spare day at the end of the trek to allow for this possible problem. Our guide was a young Nepali named Tez. He was very attentive to our needs and very patient, looking after us at meal times and whilst in our accommodation as well as whilst out on the trail. When my daughter was suffering from AMS and felt that she could not walk that day Tez dealt with the issue and ensured that she was looked after at the lodge, whilst my son and I trekked to Kalpathar and back before we all descended to a lower level for the night. Upon our return to Kath Sadhana took us out for a meal with a couple of other groups to a nice outdoor restaurant in the city. She also spent time talking with us to ensure that they had done all they could to make our trip as enjoyable as possible To conclude I would not hesitate to use Access Nepal again or to recommend them to others. There price was reasonable, their communications were good and whilst in the country they were willing to make the extra effort to ensure that your trip goes as smoothly as possible.

So happy we decided on Access Nepal! Oct 2016 • Friends 3 friends and I did the Everest Base Camp trek in October through Access Nepal and we couldn't be happier with our incredible experience. In the lead up to the trip, Sadhana was so easy to deal with and answered all questions we had (and there were a lot!). When we arrived in Kathmandu, we met with Sadhana and our guide for the trek, Kumar, and we knew we'd made the right choice. Kumar was a fantastic guide and is so knowledgeable about the mountains. He was very professional and we all felt very grateful for having him with us during the trek. I would recommend Access Nepal to anyone wanting to trek or climb through Nepal.

Annapurna Base Camp Trek Oct 2016 • Friends My friend and I recently completed the Annapurna Base Camp Trek, and we had a wonderful experience. Access Nepal and our guide Jivan took care of everything, and we felt so lucky to have found them. We couldn't have asked for a better guide than Jivan, and Sadhana, Ashok, and Sanjaya were just awesome. Access Nepal is a great company, and I highly recommend them to anyone who plans to trek or tour in Nepal.

"O" FOR AWESOME EBC Trek Sep 2016 • Couples My wife and I completed EBC Trek in late September early October, what an amazing trek. It all started with contact with Sadhana from Access Nepal in the Kathmandu office, lots of emails with all our questions answered and advice for our trip which made us feel a ease. Then came the trek after a couple of days in Kathmandu which is full off hustle and bustle, great restaurants and shopping, heap of stuff for your trek at cheep prices. After meeting with our guide (Jivan) and other trekkers an early and on time flight to Lukla to start our little walk. Joined there by our two porters along with Jivan off we went. I cant say enough good things about Jivan and the two boys, Jivan with his knowledge and care for all of our welfare and the boys legends carrying all of our extra things up and down Everest. Our experience with Access Nepal was expectation and have on hesitation in recommending them.

EVEREST BASE CAMP TREK Nov 2016 • Friends Me and my daughter did the EBC trek with Access Nepal they were great from the start of booking to the end , will arrange anything from extra nights in hotel to sleeping bags on your trek. Sadhana is very efficient and quick in response with emails and answers knows what what she's doing regarding running the company, always wanting to help. There was only three of us on the Trek plus our Guide (Hom) and two porters. Hom was great good knowledge and spoke good english everything went to plan and ran smoothly. The tea houses were good some basic but thats to be expected, Food was good and plenty. I would not hesitate in recommending Access Nepal as the trip was beyond expectation.

Annapurna Base Camp Trek Oct 2016 • Friends My friend and I successfully completed our trek to ABC thanks to Jivan, our wonderful guide and Sanjaye, our tireless porter. Sadhana, at Access Nepal Trek and Travel was very helpful prior to our arrival in Nepal and let us know what to expect. All involved with this company helped us to feel very comfortable and at home. We especially loved the sights of all the people and villages along our trek and the beautiful views of the mountains along the way added more to our good memories. I would highly recommend this trip.

Amazing trekking experience! Nov 2016 • Couples We did two treks through Access Nepal, and both were excellent! Our guide, Kumar, was experienced, knowledgable and patient. Both treks were very well organised, the accommodation and good was great, and the porters were very helpful as well. Can't fault the trip at all! Would definitely recommend!

No Problem giving Sadhana and her crew 100% Nov 2016 • Solo From the moment I arrived at Kathmandu airport I was very well looked after and did not have to think about anything. The hotel was great, an oasis of tranquility in the craziness of Kathmandu. The day guide for Kathmandu that Sadhana organized for me was very knowledgeable, and again made the experience very easy. Then there was the Himalayas........wow..... what do you say! Our guide knew his stuff, and was a good judge of our capabilities and measured our pace accordingly. Tea house accommodations were excellent, (but read up about the experience so you are not surprised). The porters were just really nice people, and they didn't miss a beat. Altogether a wonderful experience

Annapurna Circuit 21 Days - Highly recommend Access! Nov 2016 • Couples I completed the 21 day Annapurna circuit trip in November with Access Nepal. I would highly recommend the circuit AND Access Nepal. My guide for the trek was called Ram, and along with the Shiva, he made the trek very enjoyable. The first few days involve 3-4 hours of walking so people's bodies get used to the trek. Ram knew old country paths through the villages so we were able to walk in the quiet and see the local people in their homes. Teahouse accommodation was organised every night by Access and with the porters carrying our bags we were free to enjoy the scenery. WHY Annapurna circuit 21 days > great variety of scenery; lush countryside, barren landscape near the pass, desert scenery of upper Mustang > Slow increase in altitude so low likelihood of altitude sickness > interesting villages throughout WHY Access Nepal > Seamless organisation such as free airport pick up and vehicle transport to and from the trek > No hidden costs > Free supply of duffel jackets and sleeping bags (cuts down on luggage!) > The guides; Ram was excellent, he knew the best routes from village to village, provided explanations of local sights, ensured you got adequate food every evening, highlighted anything of interest along the way. He explained each evening the plan for the following day so you were fully aware of the trekking plan. Overall well worth the money!

Everest Base Camp Tour Dec 2016 • Couples This was an all inclusive tour. We had a guide and porter for two people. They picked us up at the airport and our tour included hotel before and after at the Blue Horizon which is a perfectly nice hotel.A tour of Kathmandu was thrown in as well as some free meals, which were great. On the trek everything worked out well. Our guide was very friendly and we'll informed about the area we were trekking in as well as details about the local culture. We are both in our sixties. Our guide made sure we acclimatized properly and was always checking that we were in good health. On the way down from Everest Base Camp I got I'll with the flu. The guide and porter were extra careful with our care. We amended our trip somewhat to make the trip easier. Overall I don,t think you could get better value for the money we paid. Thanks Santosh , Jiban and Ishowr.

Everest base camp Trek Dec 2016 • Solo This is wonderful tour company who arranged my tour within a week with no hidden charges. They picked me up from airport. My guide Ganesh and porter Govinda were well learned about the trek and very friendly. Ganesh kept me well informed about daily plans and local culture. I was fortunate to have this team and was able to reach base camp and on same day to Kala Patthar for unforgatable sunset view of Everest with its golden top. They also arranged trip to Pashupathinath temple in Kathmandu. I will highly recommend this company.

EBC Trek: Simply Amazing!!! Dec 2016 • Solo From the beginning it appeared to be a professional and reliable agency. Sadhana has always been extremely kind on replying all my (many) e-mail questions, giving a professional support about arranging the details of the trekking. The guides (I was supported by Ganesh) are great, absolutely reliable, able to "read" the clients and to understand their needs. In brief: reliability and competence, and all this by a pretty fair price. Access Nepal made my trekking to Everest Base Camp the best adventure/travel of my life. Highly recommended!!!

An amazing experience Oct 2016 • Couples We did a 14 Day Trek to Everest Base Camp with Access. Our tour guide Kumar along with our two Porters were absolutely fantastic. Nov 2016 • Solo This was my trip of a lifetime!!! This tour company was great. I started out in Kathmandu and my bags were 4 days late. I missed my original trek date because of this. Access Nepal (Sadhana) was very accommodating with helping me get my bags from the airport and filling out necessary paperwork to locate my items. The tour company provided me with a tour guide to tour Kathmandu while waiting on my bag. The tour guide (Ashok)was one of the highlights of my trip. He was not only a great tour guide but an author and goodwill ambassador for a region in Nepal which made for a very interesting tour. He spoke exceptional English and was very knowledgeable and passionate about the country. Due to the delay of my bags, the tour company offered to come up with a tour that would allow me to do the Annapurna Base Camp in a shorter amount of time. I was so relieved that I was able to do my original trek with my baggage delay. My trekking guide (Sher) and porter, (Ramess) were exceptional. Both were very experienced and inspired me to keep going. The trek was not an easy trek for me and I'm convinced I would not have made it without the encouragement from my porter and guide. They both made trekking very fun!! If I came back, I'd request the same two people. The accommodations were great. I especially enjoyed the Blue Horizon in Thamel. People on the trek were very friendly and you always heard a 'Namaste' when passing others. Accommodations and food on the trek were very good. There are a wide variety of food to eat and you always had plenty. Most importantly, I am a single woman traveling alone. I felt very safe with all the people that worked with this tour company. This is a good company for solo women travelers. They are exceptional and very professional. I made lifetime friends on this trip!! I highly recommend them for female solo travelers. Nepal is a wonderful country!!! I'll be going back.

Amazing trek with amazing people Dec 2016 • Friends Access Nepal provided my friend and I with an unreal trekking experience. Our itinerary was so organised and professional and allowed us to do some well needed sightseeing in Nepal before we jetted off for our trek. Every nights accommodation that was provided for us during the itinerary was phenomenal (particularly when we were actually doing the ABC trek). Before we commenced the trek we had enough time to do some of our own exploring around Kathmandu and Pokhara and same goes for after we had finished trekking which was really relaxing and ideal for us as tourists! On the actual trek, we had the best guide and porter we could've asked for. Sher, our guide was so energetic and fun each and every day, helpful us get through the tougher parts of the trek with ease and many laughs! He was also very knowledgable about the places we were visited and the surrounding landscapes. Ramesh, our porter, was so patient and kind with us and we were so lucky to have had him to help us carry majority of our luggage the entire time! We finished our trek with so many new friends. Sadhana, the lady who organised our itinerary, was so helpful and kind towards us; she took us out for tea and dinner a couple of times just to get to know us well and to recap our trekking journey which was really lovely. She helped us send our hiking gear home and was just very hospitable the entire time. It was so nice to experience a trekking company that put so much effort into getting to know you and become good friends with you. The communication between Sadhana and us was so punctual and professional and easy to follow that it made our trip so relaxed and enjoyable. Seriously rate Access Nepal so highly after having such an incredible experience with them! Thank you!!

EBC trek Dec 2016 • Couples Me and my wife had a private trek to ebc with Access Nepal Tour & Trekking. Sadhana attended to us from day one untill we return to Kathmandu. The service she provide was superb. Our guide, Anoj and our porter were very helpful and move with our pace during trekking. Both of them never leave us behind. Our trip went south, when I was cought with HAPE.. that require us to descend immediately. Sadhana and the team efficiently call for assistant, and arrange with our insurance company to send a Heli for rescue. This trip was not a succes story for me, but the journey was made beautiful by Sadhana and her team. Her reply to all my question was prompt. Her assistance through out all the time we were there was second to none. I'll be back, and definitely will use Access Nepal Tour & Trekking.

Everest Base Camp Trek Dec 2016 • Solo Just came back from my trip to Everest Base Camp with "Access Nepal". Excellent service before and during the trek. It was a last minute decision to go in December and I had to rush to organize everything in time. Sadhana was very helpful and answered all my questions prior the booking and gave an excellent introduction upon arrival in Kathmandu. The trip was very well organized. Our guide Ganesh was amazing. He was fluent in English and gave us lots of information about the area, Nepalese culture and history. He took good care of us at all time. The accommodation and the food was better than expected. Only downfall was that the guesthouses only used the heater for a couple of hours every evening. The rooms were freezing with -15degrees making sleeping nearly impossible. Other than that I had a great experience and I'd definitely recommend this company to every one. It was good value for money as well.

Base camp trek to everest jan 2-14 Jan 2017 • Couples Long story short: My partner and I completed a trip to Mount Everest base camp on jan 4-15 2017. It was a life changing experience, not easy in midwinter, but we couldn't have done it without the organisation skills of Sadhana, the guidance from our extremely competent guide jivan baram and our friendly, full of energy porter Gopal. I whole heartedly recommend this company and the guidance of the staff mentioned. They went above and beyond for us, ensuring we were always safe and healthy as well as making things fit to our schedule. This is also one of the best prices treks I found when looking for a reliable company. Thumbs up 👍 Short story long (the details): we arrived with a tight time frame and unfortunately on the plane to kathmandu, we had both been food poisoned. We were sent to a reliable tourist catering private hospital where we were taken care of over three nights (insurance is a must when coming to Nepal!). We were very worried that we wouldn't be able to continue the trek as we were terribly ill and running out of time because of our unexpected hospital stay. Sadhana (whom I had been in touch with since March 2016- and who always responded to our needs and emails promptly) organised the trek so that we would be able to still make it to base camp in our new time frame of ten days. Mee were discharged on jan 4 and were on the plane to lukla on jan 5 (the flight is bumpy but you will make it from a to b). Our fitness wasn't great and our health was slowly improving but not 100% but Our tour guide Jivan and our porter Gopal (I strongly recommend these two!! I trusted them with my life! Genuine Nepalese men who respect the beautiful nature we were invited to and who are extremely knowledgable and fit) made sure we were walking at a pace that fit us, that we were fed good vegetarian food and being hydrated. After hours of walking their service still doesn't stop. They make sure your comfortable in your room and have everything you need. He knew how to read our strength and abilities and motivated us to the point we were surprising ourselves with all that we were achieving day by day. After making it to 5,364meters above sea level to base camp, the altitude sickness began to hit and it felt like you were walking through syrup. You become dizzy and light headed due to the decreased oxygen levels. Constant head aches. It reached -30 degrees Celsius at our highest villiage but we were determined and were completely supported by jivan and Gopal. I have so much gratitude for the morals and service that this company provided. We were invited and shown into their beautiful country and customs. If I go back, I will be using access Nepal tour and trekking. 👍

Outstanding and Impressive Dec 2016 • Solo There are three points I want to address about my experience with Access Nepal: the company, the trek, and my porter/guide. All are truly outstanding and impressive in their own rights. The company, specifically Sadhana, who was my contact, was wonderful. She was extremely responsive and helpful. I had never done anything like this and she was happy to answer all my questions and be available to do so. I went over the New Year, which is low season, but she was able to organize a trip for me with short notice. For that, I am extremely grateful but would recommend to anyone they plan ahead with more notice, especially if it is high season. I went on the Annapurna Base Camp Trek. Every day, I was greeted with awe-inspiring views and yet, every day seemed to get better than the last. I had read this was one of the most beautiful treks and I had the right amount of time for the trip, so I chose it. I am so grateful that I did. I would not want to post a picture because it is hard to prepared for and nothing can do justice the view and experience when you finally reach the base camp. Finally, my guide and porter, Iswor and Bishnu, respectively. Since I booked late, I had a single pax supplement. It cost more and out of gratitude, I tipped more as such, and it was worth every bit and much more. Here, I must admit, my words fall short. I very rarely write reviews. Were it not for them, I can almost certainly say I would not be writing this. The company was great value and responsive and truth be told, above my expectations, but it is just a company. The views are memorable but these two made the experience memorable. I look forward to a future trek with them and hope I can plan ahead of time to ensure I'm with Bishnu and Iswor.

Amazing Base Camp Trek Feb 2017 • Couples The people from Access Nepal were outstanding on our tour to EBC. My daughter and I went with Bale Tamang as our guide and Arjun as our porter. Bale was terrific with his knowledge of the trail, Nepalese people, culture and was very supportive of our trip. We had to return back from above Tengbouche because of altitude sickness but the memories will last a lifetime. Ms. Sadhana, Santosh and Bale were terrific. I would highly recommend them and I plan on using them in again in 3 years when I return to EBC. This is a terrific bucket list item and do it with a good company. All hotel, airport transport and food and lodging on the trail was very well handled, Thanks for the great memories.

Incredible Experience! Apr 2017 • Couples Booking a trek to Everest Base Camp with Access Nepal was the best decision! Sadhana was great and super easy to communicate with throughout our adventure, and our guide, Zeven, and porter, Indra, were amazing, always taking care of us and making sure we were ok for the entire trek, even going above and beyond what we expected and giving us the best advice! Amazing company to book your trek with! Apr 2017 • Solo I just finished hiking Gokyo Lakes to Everest Base Camp loop with Access Nepal. I would highly recommend this itinerary as it takes you away from the "Everest highway" and into smaller villages and less busy trails. The Gokyo Lakes are incredible and one of the highlights of my trip along with making it to base camp. Personally I found the Gokyo Lakes to be more scenic and base camp more of a bucket list item. With this itinerary you don't have to choose! Also you get the benefit of going up one valley and down another providing new views. I found the entire trip well organized and beautiful. I am a single female traveler and was a little nervous about it. Sadhana was very quick to reply and had me join with a group of 3 women already going which was ideal for me. Being alone I had many questions before the trek that were answered usually with one day. Once you arrive to Kathmandu everything is taken care of, which is nice because Kathmandu can be somewhat overwhelming in the beginning. We had a power tour of 4 of the main religious sites in Kathmandu that was really interesting and helped provide a lot of information about Nepal and Kathmandu. As for the trek it was incredible! Our trekking guide Ganesh spoke great English and did a thorough job explaining things to the group. From what I saw of other guides he went much above the average. Every night after dinner we would get a briefing on the next day including how long each section would be and sights along the way. He arranged all the rooms in the teahouses, porters, and flights in and out of Lukla. He frequently checked on how we were feeling and would even tell us what room he was staying in if anything happened overnight. The combination of a slow ascent and a careful guide meant that nobody got serious altitude sickness in our group of four. Considering we went as high as 18,000 feet this was an accomplishment. Most groups had to have at least one person and up to half of the group flown out due to altitude sickness in comparison. Accommodations are basic but I was happy with them for every night of the 16 nights except one. Expect a room with two beds usually a toilet down the hall. This is generally what is available in all teahouses. This tour includes basically everything: pick up and drop off at the international airport, all accommodations, flights to and from Lukla, all food while on the trek, guide and porters. I rented a sleeping bag and down jacket which is also included if you want and found them both to be good quality. While trekking you get one meal item and a cup of tea included for every meal. You do have to bring enough cash for a tip and some if you want extra snacks or wifi along the way. When comparing to other trekking companies definitely check to see if food is included because many I found did not. From people I talked to we paid less for our tour and in my opinion had a better experience. I would highly recommend Access Nepal.

Fantastic visit to Kathmandu Valley! Apr 2017 • Solo There's not much more I can add to what has already been said. They are a great company. Friendly, excellent communication and very straightforward. What I can add is that I engaged them for non-hiking activities. They took me on a customized 2-day tour of the Kathmandu Valley. Kiran, my guide, was an absolute delight. He was engaging and very passionate about showing people his country. Do request him if you go on a tour with access Nepal. 5 stars!

Gokyo to EBC Apr 2017 • Friends I recently did the Gokyo to EBC tour with Access Nepal and had the best experience ever. It was great value for money and our guide Ganesh and two porters, Yadab & Tika were just amazing!!! We had fresh fruit served every night after dinner which was a lovely and unexpected touch. Our porter Yadab even helped with our day packs while myself and one of the other girls struggled to get to the top of cho la pass. Fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend this company! Also the smaller group size (4 of us) made for the perfect trek size since it was easier to stay together. Thank to Access Nepal

Magical Exerience Apr 2017 • Friends On my recent trip to Nepal I completed the Base Camp trek with Gokyo Lakes itinerary. We were a group of 4 travellers, going up Gokyo side first and then Basecamp and down. All four of us made it up and around and no one got altitude sickness which was obviously the main goal - yay! Slow and steady wins the race is my advice!! Access Nepal Tour company were fantastic, everything was arranged and organised with excellent communication from Australia and then transfers, accommodation and tour ran smoothly, with out any glitches. Our tour guide Ganesh was experienced, helpful, spoke excellent english and provided excellent attention to detail. Our accomodation on the mountain was what you would expect, if not better (actually we even had an ensuite for 3 of the nights!). Access Nepal provide excellent value for money when compared to other trekking companies we compared with online and also when talking to other groups on the mountain (often our accom was better, always with an indoor toilet, we got fruit served with our dinner every night and a detailed briefing about our next day). All our food is included on the trek (you still order anything you like off the menu at the tea house and a cup of tea or coffee, just like other groups) and I think this is SUPER important because food on the mountain can be expensive especially as you get hire up the mountain (if meals not included, expect to pay easily a minimum on 10-15 US$ per day, if not more). Access Nepal doesn't include water, but this isn't a problem if you bring water purification tablets, you can just fill your bottle from any running water tap (even bathroom!) and off you go - we did this all the way up the mountain, with no problems... where running water isn't available, our guide Ganesh would fill them up for us from the kitchen water (free of charge) and we would purify that. All in all, it's an absolute no brainer, Access Nepal is excellent value for money and a highly regarded company on my part. I would book a trip with them again and would highly recommend!

Everest Base Camp, Kalapattar and 3 High Passes. Breathtaking! Apr 2017 • Couples Me and my girlfriend have recently joined Access Nepal for the 3 high passes trek and Everest base camp from 24 march to 13 april, and we had an amazing experience that we recommend to everyone! We reached Mount Everest Base Camp 5364 m, Dingboche Ri 5100 m, Gokyo Ri 5400 m and 3 High Passes: Renjo La 5,388 m, Cho La 5,380 m and Kongma La 5,535 m. Sadhana, our main contact, was super kind and responsive since the first email, and confirmed to be an amazing and professional person once we met in person in Kathmandu the day of our arrival. Our guide was Kumar, an extremely humble, honest and joyful person, we loved every single day of trekking with him. He´s an amazing person and we recommend to trek with him if given the chance! The trek is long and strenuous, but the views and scenarios you can access by doing this trek are incredible and worth every single step taken to get there. We recommend Access Nepal 100%, we were extremely lucky to find this company for our first Nepal adventure and we're super satisfied with the experience. It's also important to use local companies, guides and porter to help the tourism and local economy, so please consider Access Nepal for your next trek! I'm available to answer any questions regarding our experience if someone is interested and want to know more!

Base Camp Trek, April 2017 Apr 2017 • Friends Got back last week from Everest Base Camp trek with Access Nepal - What a brilliant trip, we were so well looked after - from being picked up at the airport right through to getting dropped back at the airport 2 weeks later. Our guide Jivan was fantastic, everyone seemed to know him on the trail, he exuded professionalism and confidence throughout the trip making us all feel in good hands. The porters were a great pair of guys who couldn't do enough for us. The price appears cheaper than other company's doing the same tour but I can vouch that you will get exactly the same food, accommodation ( sometimes better accommodation & food ) than the other companies organise. I couldn't suggest any improvements to our trek as everything was so well organised. I cant give this company enough praise other than - Go with Access Nepal - you wont regret it. 10 out of 10 guys. Thanks for such a memorable trip - FANTASTIC still buzzing.

ABC Trek Apr 2017 • Couples My husband and I did the ABC trek. We were very happy with Sadhana's responsiveness throughout the booking process. The trip was just unbelievable. Our guide (P.N) and porter were always so attentive and cheerful. They were great the entire time. We couldn't have asked for better company. We highly recommend Access Nepal.

Everest base camp trek Apr 2017 • Solo Certainly a trip I will remember and cherish for the rest of my life. I learned a lot of myself physically and my capabilities overall. No matter how difficult some days were with early mornings mixed with the altitude sickness and the cold, the views (which the camera never does justice to) were breathtaking and worth every step. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for an adventurous holiday away from the norm. Getting some training in prior is highly advisable also. Will make your experience that bit better.

EBC Apr 2017 • Friends What an amazing adventure and incredible tour company. Access Nepal was very professional and put effort into every detail for our private tour. Zivan (guide) made sure we always had what we needed and was very friendly, playing cards with us and treating us to cookies every afternoon and fresh fruit every evening. Indra (porter) was there before we arrived each day and helped us so much with getting things settled. Sadhana runs the show behind the scenes and is very passionate about her company. She helped us so much with securing our lost luggage and was so sweet on the departure dinner, presenting us with the new Access Nepal T-shirt. Thanks for an amazing and unforgettable time!!!!!

Everest Base Camp Trek Apr 2017 • Friends I did the EBC trek with 3 other friends and Access Nepal really made the whole trek super enjoyable! Sadhana met us before the trek and went through the itinerary with us to prep us better for the trip During the trip, our guide Kumar was superb! He was super experienced and could answer all our questions! He also gave very accurate descriptions of the terrain we were going on to and how long it would take us for the next destination. He was also very patient with us whenever we needed to take a break. Couldnt have asked for a better guide! Our porters were great too and didnt give us any problems luggage wise! I would encourage people to sign up with Access Nepal for a great trekking experience!

Mount Everest Base Camp Apr 2017 • Friends I highly recommend Access Nepal Tours for the Mount Everest Base Camp trek. I went with one other friend and joined 3 others (1 from Ireland and 2 from Brazil) and we had a great time. I researched lots of companies before going with ANTT and you can be a little unsure of who to book with but I definitely chose the way right company. Reasonably priced and very professional. I booked the trek through a lady called Sadhana who was great. She is very professional and very informative prior to booking. Our guide was Keshar who was a lovely man. Very polite and friendly. His team were excellent also. Overall, if you are looking for a great experience with friends or alone, I recommend you use ANTT and email Sadhana.

Everest Base Camp Trek May 2017 • Couples overall everything was amazing!! i was extremely nervous about wiring money internationally and everything working out but it was all great! airport pick ups and drops offs were perfect. our guide went by the name "Gitty" and our porter was Rahit. Both were amazing. Very hands on and helpful and knowledgable. Your guide is more or less at your side the whole time - taking every meal order, serving your food, guiding you on the trails. my wife and I set up a private 2 person guided tour and successfully made it to base camp and back. i have nothing bad to say about the experience with access nepal and would recommend them to anyone.. but a word to the wise... gorak shep is cold!!!! bring lots of warm clothes!!!!

EBC and KalaPathar trek (via Gokyo Ri) Apr 2017 • Couples My fiance and I just returned from our trek organised by Access Nepal. Overall, an great and amazing experience! Access Nepal Tour company were great, everything was arranged and organised with excellent communication from Australia between Sadhana and myself since day 1. Money transfers, airport transfers, accommodation and tour ran smoothly, with out any glitches. Our tour guide Dipendra was very experienced (Tour guide of year by the way!), helpful, spoke excellent english and provided excellent attention to detail. He could read the trekkers body language from an early stage and provide helpful advice on how to handle and manage altitude sickness and also who made the right call at the right time on the way back to call for the helicopter rescue for one of our trekker. Shout out to our porters Dipok and Nethra who were amazingly strong, very friendly, and love their nepalese card games "ten killer" which we religiously played most nights to kill time. They have it tough yet they always have a smile and joke around. Our accomodation on the mountain was what you would expect. We actually had an ensuite for 3 of the first nights. Access Nepal provide excellent value for money when compared to other trekking companies we compared with online and also when talking to other groups on the mountain (often our tea house bedroom was better, always with an indoor toilet, we got fruit served with our dinner every night and a detailed briefing about our next day). All our food is included on the trek (you still order anything you like off the menu at the tea house and a cup of tea or coffee, just like other groups) and I think this is important because food on the mountain can be expensive especially as you get higher up the mountain. All in all, Access Nepal is excellent value for money and a highly regarded company on my part. I would book a trip with them again and would highly recommend! NB: Just a side note, I would suggest access nepal to modify their website information to reflect the correct level of physical intensity requirements and the dangers of some parts of the trek like Cho La Pass which is quite tough imo and the risk of not making it to EBC or KalaPathar at all if Cho La is closed/ blocked due to snow.
