Access Nepal Tour & Trekking

I have been trekking in the Himalayas for the past several years and always I used to go with Access Nepal tours and trekking as they are very reliable, cost effective and highly accommodative. Several occasions where weather had the potential to disrupt my schedule, specifically on the flight between Kathmandu and Lukla, the company came forward and provided alternate options at very nominal or no extra cost. My sincere thanks to Sadhana at Access Nepal Tours and Trekking who used to coordinate all my trekking and climbing trips from the time when she had been working with Nepal Vision Treks. With all the uncertainties around weather and many other factors, I have never got into a surprising situation so far with Access Nepal and I am confident that in future also same or even higher level of support will be available from Access Nepal.

This is wonderful tour company who arranged my tour within a week with no hidden charges.They picked me up from airport. My guide Ganesh and porter Govinda were well learned about the trek and very friendly. Ganesh kept me well informed about daily plans and local culture. I was fortunate to have this team and was able to reach base camp and on same day to Kala Patthar for unforgatable sunset view of Everest with its golden top. They also arranged trip to Pashupathinath temple in Kathmandu. I will highly recommend this company.

First contacted by email, booking process deposit by card and cash on arrival, met by Sandanha at the hotel first night, welcome meal with rest of group in trek, met our amazing guide! Giri cant thank him enough for everything, he looked after us the whole time, meals were provided in tea rooms, loved the hot drinks provided, a must on cold days. Accommodation basic but perfect during our trek, food was amazing. The porters Indra and Tika ! Have superpowers! Kind, and so helpful! I recommend you book through this company for any trek/tour its a once in a lifetime. We also had a lovely meal with Sandanha and the team in Katmamdhu. Sandhana was always able to help and answer any questions we had, very impressed. Amazing thanks so much! Adam and Maria

3 week Annapurna Circuit trek

We did the Annapurna Circuit trek in October and loved it, Access Nepal were great right from the beginning actually booking the trek through to the lift back to the airport at the end. Pratap was very helpful, always responded quickly and made the trip seamless. We had a few extra days in Kathmandu at the end of our tour and Pratap still arranged the transfer back to the airport.

Kumar was our guide for the actual trek and along with our porters, they made the trek so memorable. Kumar was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and picked great tea houses for us. He went the extra mile supplying a fruit platter after every meal – one of the team overheard us saying on the first night that I hadn’t eaten apples in 18 months because of braces and the skin getting stuck – so they then peeled the apples every night from then on in. We had a great time playing cards every night with Kumar and the porters as well, there were 4 of us on the trek which meant we could be a bit flexible and Kumar worked to our strengths meaning we could go a bit further when we wanted to and change up lunch spots if we weren’t yet hungry.

We would definitely recommend Access Nepal!

In March 2018 I trekked the Annapurna Sanctuary with Access Nepal Tours. What an incredible, memorable and spectacular trek! I was completely blown away with the beautiful ever-changing scenery we saw each day. I was very surprised by the yummy food and the accommodation/facilities were much better than I ever thought.

Our knowledgeable guide Devman is a legend!! As soon as we met him we knew we were in good hands. He took such good care of everyone on the trek and no question or request was too much to ask. The porters were also very helpful and kind.

The tour company was excellent and promptly responded to all our email enquiries.
I highly recommend this tour company as it was very well organized and we honestly had no issues at all. I think this tour company is great value for money.
