My husband and I went on a 19 day tour with access Nepal and loved it! Sadhana was great at answering any questions and we met up to go over everything once we arrived. Jivan was our guide for the trek and with over 17 years experience we were in great hands.
Unfortunately the weather wasn’t in our favour, but Jivan was excellent at arranging new flights and accommodation as our flight to Lukla was delayed 2.5 days. Jivan was always there and knew exactly what was happening and how best to get us the best deal. He was friendly and welcoming and made us feel at home. He is great at card games and always made us smile. We were able to customise our trip along the way due to weather and access Nepal were great with arranging everything. Would highly recommend this company and Jivan as a guide especially if you are doing the passes, his expertise in the passes is legendary! Thanks for a great time access Nepal!

Gokyo Valley trek November, 2019

As a solo traveler I did the Gokyo Lakes trek with Access Nepal in November 2019. Beginning from Lukla on our first day we were trekking in the rain, but after that the weather cleared up, with excellent views of the Himalaya. We had a group of 5 trekkers, 3 porters and a guide, Giri. On our 6th day of trekking we reached Gokyo Village, a small village with several lodges and restaurants catering to trekkers. It sits at the edge of Gokyo Lake, a beautiful alpine lake surrounded by spectacular peaks and flanked by Ngozumba Glacier, the longest glacier in Nepal. Early the next morning our group did the climb up Gokyo Ri, reaching the summit about 2 ½ hours later, where we enjoyed a 360 degree view of the Himalaya, with blue skies and very few clouds. With good weather for 10 of our 11 days trekking it was all well worth it, and I am glad I did it, even though I flew half way around the planet to get there. Our guide Giri was great! He was very knowledgeable of the area, and made sure that everything went smoothly. Our contact in Kathmandu was Rahul, who organized the trip and took care of transfers and hotel accommodations. About halfway through the trip I had caught a bad cold and was feeling rotten when we got back to Kathmandu at the end of the trek. My return flight was booked for late in the evening but check out time at the hotel was noon. Rahul contacted the hotel staff and got an extension on my check out time, which shortened the wait time at the airport. In summary, I would highly recommend Access Nepal.

An adventure and experience I will never forget!!

Access Nepal provided a most amazing experience for me; trekking to Everest Base Camp and back. Our guide, Devman was amazing and had a knack for knowing what we needed before we did, whether it be a short break or recommendations on what would be good for dinner. His knowledge about his country and where we were trekking was impeccable and he never tired of my questions. He always had a smile on his face and assisted me in any way he could; he showed a true interest in me as a person and always made me feel welcomed and valued. Our porters were unstoppable and had a wonderful sense of humour. They also went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and helped us in every way possible. They all made me feel like I was part of their team and I would dearly like to come back and do another trek with Dev and his team.

Amazing holiday trekking the Manaslu circuit with Access Nepal!
Amazing holiday trekking the Manaslu Circuit with Access Nepal! This was for us the second time we went trekking in Nepal with Access Nepal, and we are once again 100% satisfied with the amazing service. Sadhana is always available and incredibly kind, we had a long email exchange in order to organize the trek according to our needs. We decided to have a modified itinerary for the trek and Access Nepal has been amazing in accommodating our wishes. Moreover, our guide Giri was incredibly helpful during the trek, making sure we would always get the best rooms on the trek, the best service, and he was always very flexible regarding changing plans depending on our needs or weather forecast. The holiday was super smooth from the moment we step foot in Nepal to the moment we left. Access Nepal has 100% attention to the client needs, has an incredibly helpful and happy staff, we are so happy to be trekking with them and we will do it again.

The Manaslu circuit trek is absolutely stunning, it was so much better than we expected, and we are incredibly happy to have witnessed the amazing views the trek has to offer. There`s a road in construction on the trek, and I think if you`re planning on doing this amazing trek you should do it NOW, before the road construction goes too far into the valley. The side treks to Pungyen Gompa and the Tibetan border were highlights of the holiday, if you have time please make sure to add a couple of nights in Samagaon and Samdo to take the side treks, you will love them. Access Nepal and Sadhana are super helpful in customizing your trek, you will not be disappointed.

Overall, for the second time top scores to Access Nepal team, we are incredibly pleased with the service, the friendship, the professionalism and the feeling of being in good hands that come with trekking with Access Nepal. We recommend them wholeheartedly!

Booking a trek to Everest Base Camp with Access Nepal was the best decision! Sadhana was great and super easy to communicate with throughout our adventure, and our guide, Zeven, and porter, Indra, were amazing, always taking care of us and making sure we were ok for the entire trek, even going above and beyond what we expected and giving us the best advice! We had great accommodations and food while on the mountain, and had such a wonderful and successful trek. Everyone went the extra mile and even helped to secure our lost bag while we were trekking, that was really awesome, since we had no communications! Thank you all, at Access Nepal, and I can’t wait to come back for more! I highly recommend Access Nepal to anyone going to Nepal for an adventure.
