My husband and I just completed the Royal Trek, it was the most wonderful and rewarding experience. Our contact Sadhana was exceptionally quick to answer our emails, she was through and informative in her responses. We felt very confident about this company because of her efficiency. Our guide Chhabi and porter Bijay couldn’t have been more wonderful. They always made sure we were alright. They were professional, very knowledgeable about the trails and experts in trekking. I would recommend this company to anyone who is interested in trekking in Nepal.

I am normally a solo traveler and would like to organize my trip by myself, but coming for the first time to Nepal I decided to engage AccessNepal to organize trip for me, and I must say I am very happy I did it. Everything was topnotch from the time I landed in Kathmandu to reaching ABC camp and back to the Airport. I had best gide Purush and porters Shubash and Lokesh who made mine trip most enjoyable.
I am definitely coming
back to Nepal!

I went with Access Nepal to complete the Annapurna Sanctuary trek (slightly longer scenic route that arrives at ABC) in March this year, with a friend. We had an amazing guide, Devman, who had everything sorted brilliantly, from start to finish. It meant that we could relax and focus on the trek and the mind-blowing sights, knowing that he was taking care of everything. He and our Porters looked after us all beautifully over the 14 days. We all taught each other a few new card games in the guesthouses too over plenty of cups of hot lemon honey tea at the end of the day’s walk. When we got back, we compared what people were paying in accomm and meals when trekking independently, and it’s quite striking how competitive it is, with all of the inclusions (like proper down jackets, fresh fruits and snacks in addition to meals, transit fares etc etc), and for us it was a no brainer when you’re going up into these gigantic Mountains with someone like Devman who is an expert in what he does. I had the most brilliant time. Will be going with them again.

Unforgettable Trek and Wedding

This was an unforgettable, life-changing experience. It began with an incredible trek, where our guide Puru took great care of us, ensuring our safety and providing valuable insights along the way. On the final day, we shared a beautiful ring ceremony amidst the stunning backdrop of the Himalayas. When Laura and I returned to Kathmandu, Sadhana and the team at Access Nepal organized a wedding that was beyond our dreams. They thought of every detail, making the day truly special and unforgettable.

For anyone looking to trek and have an exceptionally unique experience, I highly recommend this journey.

In Oct. 22 we did the Everest Base Camp Trek with Access Nepal. Since our first contact with Sadhana almost 3 years ago (due to Covid), she was very responsive to all our questions, planning and requests to do the Everest Base Camp Trek.

After arriving in Kathmandu we were not able to take a regular flight by plane to Lukla due to weather conditions, but the guys from Access Nepal and especially our guide Devman were very helpful and flexible to find an alternative route to EBC Trek.

We enjoyed our trip very much and everything was perfectly organised. Devman did everything to make us feel comfortable. As soon as we met him we knew we were in good hands. He took such good care of everyone on the trek and no question or request was too much to ask. Our porter was also very kind.

We would highly recommend this tour company and particularly want to thank Devman very much for making our trek a wonderful experience!

I went with Access Nepal for my Everest Base Camp 14 day trek, and I had an incredible experience!
From my very initial inquiry, Sadhana was quick to respond and answer any questions. She made me feel very comfortable and connected throughout the entire process, and provided me with all the relevant information leading up to my arrival. When we finally met in Kathmandu to discuss the trek, she was just as friendly and kind and made me feel at ease knowing I was starting the next morning.
I was met by my guide Om Prakash at the Kathmandu airport. From there he was with me the entire time as we traveled to Lukla to begin our trek and until I returned to Kathmandu. Om Prakash was an excellent and friendly guide, with so much knowledge of the area, the culture, the route, where to stay and safe places to eat and drink, and he also took the best photos! It was very helpful to have a local speaking guide to handle flight and accommodation logistics on my behalf, making sure I have somewhere to stay and eat every night. Throughout the trek, he managed my health and recommended me the best course of action when I wasn’t feeling 100%. He set the trekking pace accordingly to ensure my best success.
Our porter, Bidur, was also extremely lovely during the trek. He handled my things with proper care, always made sure to have it ready on time by the evening, was extremely friendly and nice to talk to, and provided excellent service and companionship.
Overall I had a 10/10 experience with Access Nepal: the trip coordinator Sadhana, my guide Om Prakash and my porter Bidur. I would recommend going with Access Nepal if you are looking to conquer the EBC trek or any similar in Nepal!
