How Hard is the Mount Everest Expedition?
Climbing Mount Everest is a dream for any mountain lover but it is not a cup of tea for every climber. The trek to the summit takes months of physical preparation and weeks of acclimatization to get climbers used to the mountain’s oxygen-starved altitudes. The extreme difficulty level of this mountain also adds value to this amazing feat.
The higher you go up the trail, the lesser oxygen there is in the air. The Death Zone above 8,000m has minimal oxygen and thus many climbers require additional oxygen on this climb. You have to be physically fit and do some training before this trekking. It’s not easy to break a record right?
